Q: Can I install my tile directly on to the Kerdi board, or do I still have to install wonder board over it?

A: You can install your tiles directly on top of this system. Be sure to cover all seams and screw holes to ensure a waterproof surface. KERDI-BAND is a great tool for this.

Q: Can this be installed over a ceramic tile shower floor?

A: It is not recommended to install this system over an existing shower tile floor.
